Every Vorgarssy piece is prepared with care. If your order is not suitable, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
1. Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, marked, scented, or returned without original tags.
We also cannot accept returns for personalised items, gift cards, digital products, or items clearly marked as final sale.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, email contact@vorgarssy.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
For eligible UK returns, we may provide a prepaid return label. If a return is not eligible or falls outside this policy, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

UK orders may be shipped with Royal Mail, Evri, or another suitable courier depending on the order size, service selected, and destination.
3. UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Delivery: where available, usually 1–2 business days after dispatch.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, and shipping method selected.
Free UK standard shipping is available on orders over £99.
